What a check looks like
The experience is concrete and has numbers, but the profile text could describe anyone. Fix that first.

“Engaged, results-oriented project manager with strong collaboration skills” contains nothing that can be checked.
Write the three things that appear further down: eight years renovating social housing, 212 apartments in Tingbjerg, delivered under budget. Then the reader knows what you are in the first line.

Site manager at Enemærke & Petersen has one bullet with no result: “Day-to-day site management on renovation jobs”.
Add the scale as you know it: how many tradespeople, how many jobs, what it led to. If no number comes to mind, “10 to 25 tradespeople on site” will do, if it's true.
- PolishLanguage
Dates are written both as “2021 –” and “Feb 2020 – present”.
Pick one form. Month and year is best when the periods are short.
What we look at

The profile text
Does it say what you are, what you're best at, and what you want, with something checkable? Or is it adjectives?

The experience
Actions with results and numbers, or “responsible for” and “participated in”? Is the most important thing first?

What's missing
Dates, contact details, the institution, unexplained gaps, skills that are just words.

Length and language
Too long for the experience or too thin. Spelling, mixed languages, dates written three ways.
Honest, not nice
The check doesn't praise for the sake of it. A strength is something specific that works; a finding points at the sentence it's about and says what to write instead, built from what's already in your CV. We never add numbers, employers or skills you don't have.
